Skilled Pugs was founded by owner/operator Shawn Myers II. We began as a small, local family business with a clear vision: to bring high-quality exterior cleaning and maintenance to the Metro Atlanta community.
Though our service area has expanded, our mission has not changed. Why is the company named "Skilled Pugs"?
Because we believe in hard work and loyalty—just like a pug! (Okay, maybe pugs aren't known for hard work, but they are loyal and lovable). We wanted a name that stands out and reflects our friendly, approachable nature. We take our cleaning seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance. We treat every home like it's our own, but for your total peace of mind, you are fully protected while we are on your property.
What is the difference between "Soft Washing" and Pressure Washing?
Great question! Pressure Washing uses high force and is great for concrete driveways. Soft Washing uses low pressure (about as much as a garden hose) mixed with specialized cleansers. We use Soft Washing for your roof and siding to kill algae without risking damage to your paint or vinyl.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have access to a working water spigot and you've secured your pets inside, we can handle the rest. We will send you a text when we arrive and a text when we finish (usually with photos!).
What areas do you service?
We are based in Cartersville/Euharlee but serve the entire North Georgia area. Our trucks are frequently in Canton, Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, Dallas, and Woodstock.
